She was my first and favorite turtle. She's the only one I still have.

right down to her toenails.

If you look close you can see Noah and his wife.

There is a dolphin and a whale in the sea, also.
Turtles are made from a gourd with a curved neck. The head and feet are formed by hand and allowed to air dry.
The eyes are muscadine seeds.
The shells are either gourd seeds or pine cones.
My turtles love to wear hats. :>)
